The Challenge for Church Corporate Prayer: “1-1-2” (one representative from each family coming to the Wednesday night prayer meeting at least twice every month). We are exhorted to pray and pray together (1 Tim. 2:1; Matt 18:19-20), so come and pray. We meet at the JBC church every Wednesday night at 7:00 PM. Be on time.
   

 

 

Missions - Pray for missionaries:

  • Recognition of, and protection from spiritual attacks.

  • Adjustment to food, climate, culture and language learning.

  • Perseverance despite the lack of results, loneliness.

  • Confession from traits of old nature.

  • Genuine fellowship with God through private worship, prayer and reading of His Word.

  • Humility in service, and sensitivity and insight into the needs of others.

  • Harmony in family relationships, and wisdom in bringing up children to love the Lord.

  • Team unity when working with others.

  • Safety in travel.

A Jireh, the financial support for Missions is separate from the General Fund. Our current monthly commitment is $1,975/mo. The giving toward the Missions Fund have been short in recent months, and the reserve has been dwindling rapidly. Please pray & consider giving consistently toward this fund in addition to your faithful giving toward the General needs of the church.

Church - Pray for:

  • Church Unity, Pastoral staff, Church officers, Church Financial and Missions Needs.

  • Faithfulness in Witnessing and Evangelism – did you share the Gospel last week?

Personal - Pray for:

  • Health of the elderly folks at the church.

  • Pray for the president and government officials, federal and state, and all levels for integrity, humanity, wisdom and courage (1Tim2:1-2).

  • Those seeking for employments.

  • Mr. Lin's ulcer.

  • Jim Ding's recovery from cataract operation.

  • Margo Wilkin's recovery from a major operation.
